EDUSUITE-ng(Uni) Schools Management System is easy-to-use web-based application that automates the registration of student’s processes in the institution. Once a student is offered admission, the solution stores their bio-data information in a secured database, keep it up to date, and share it with all your institution’s offices so it can be used easily and efficiently through each student’s entire lifecycle. So, it processes and maintains student’s data, major, marks, semester results and courses, and its historical data, and provides students with the documents needed and certifications and produces different reports for academic and administrative purposes. Ultimately, it is a way to streamline a student’s work into one system rather than multiple records and helps track a student’s progress to make the best decisions for a student’s learning path.

The proposed solution seeks to manage all day-to-day operations of educational institutions. EDUSUITE-ng(UNI) Schools Management System is twelve (12) years of research and hard work by our firm.
Our inspiration was drawn from:
- The inability of schools to own and run a comprehensive database of all students in any session like is practiced in schools outside Nigeria.
- The attendant late mobilization of students/graduates for NYSC owing to administrative and result related issues.
- The ability of students to cut corners and graduate without fulfilling their academic and course work.
- The actions or inactions of some lecturers or other personnel that enable unqualified students to graduate when they should not.

- The school does not have to issue any other receipt for payment as this would have been done by the Solution thereby saving the school extra cost and man power at the bursary department.
- Generate Payment defaulter’s/debtor’s list as at when due for schools that allow part/installment payments.
- Generate up to date financial reports for audit or any other necessary purpose as required by the school management.
